  Worst experience i have ever had with a company. Broke thousands of dollars worth of my stuff,stood on my stuff whist in their storage facility,moved my stuff without permission,lost stuff and even went through my bags without permission. Rude and abusive if you dare complain about the poor service. Paid for insurance to protect my stuff whilst in their storage facility and they refuse to allow a claim. Paid them to deliver our stuff and they couldn't even do that right. Instead some of my stuff was delivered on one day and the rest the next day after much abuse from the owners of the company and threats to not deliver my stuff at all. When they did deliver my stuff they dumped everything in the front yard as per their apparent standard procedure. Took them through VCAT they admit liability and agree to a settlement then refuse to pay and when contacted about it I was yet again met with a load of nonsense/lied from them refusing to take responsibility.. Disgustingly bad service and never have I experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a company. Be warned if you use this company don't expect professional or for your items ti be safe. They advertise on their website that they are a safe and secure facility that you can store your VALUABLE ITEMS such as a caravan etc but their contract says DO NOT STORE ANYTHING OF VALUE. Their website is full of false information. A quick call to the insurance company listed on their website and they have no record of Stor-it,Ballarat having insurance with them. They have listed on their website that they are members of the storage association Australia but again after contact with the storage association they state Stor-it,Ballarat is not a member of their association. Again most unprofessional and ruse company I have ever been through
